What is NeonChords?

A love-letter to the YouTube music community.
NeonChords is a chord-based transcription platform that allows you to transcribe midi-like data in sync with a YouTube video. This removes the barrier to reading sheet-music and the friction of trying to learn from a video; providing a crucial sheet-like component to "chord-based" learning.
